2022 FINAL TAX BILLS
The Township of Beckwith would like to advise all property owners that final tax bills have been mailed. First installment due – July 25th, 2022 Second installment due – September 19th, 2022. We also ask that all property owners update us with any changes to mailing addresses. For payment options please visit the Township website: https://twp.beckwith.on.ca/services/finance/taxes/

MCLACHLIN ROAD CONSTRUCTION
Starting July 11, 2022, there will be daily lane closures on McLachlin Road from Highway #15 to Rosedale Road North. Please expect small delays while the roadwork is being completed. Daily lane closures will occur until approximately August 19, 2022. McLachlin Road will be open to 2 lanes of traffic every night and every weekend.
FIRE RULES AND REGULATIONS
Reminder that you need a fire permit for big brush burns only not camp fires (they are required from April 1st – October 31st). Public Works requests that property owners please do not place basketball equipment or any other obstacles on public roads. The Township will not be responsible for any damage occurring because of obstruction.

Beckwith Township forwards all mail to the last known address provided by the owner. It is the responsibility of the property owner to provide the Township with any change to their mailing address. WHERE TO FIND US
The Township of Beckwith is located on the most easterly side of the County of Lanark and is bounded by the Townships of Montague and Drummond/North Elmsley as well as the Town of Mississippi Mills (formerly Ramsay, Almonte & Pakenham), as well as City of Ottawa. It is approximately 24,335 square hectares in area. The 2006 population is estimated to be 6,387.
