The event will be on grass (secured canopies OK) and will be held from 10am – 3pm.
The Civitan Club will be doing cash BBQ and Tim Hortons is supplying the coffee
There will be no registration or admission fees to participants or spectators.
As usual we will have tons of great prizes and a huge cash draw all available to be won through the purchase of the 50/50 raffle tickets (spectators and participants are both eligible and encouraged to participate)!
As always, all proceeds will go the Carleton Place & District Memorial Hospital Foundation for much needed equipment.
There will be parking attendants on site so please follow their instructions on arrival and we will get everyone parked as soon as possible. If you are coming with a club (or group) please try to arrive at the same time and we will do our best to park you together!
Finally, let’s all pray for sunshine on the 28th (postpone till Sun the 29th due to weather)
