Day/Sports Camps

March Break Camp Update: Registration will open on Monday February 3rd, 2025. Please watch the website the last week of January for details.

Please note that the March Break Camp is now full for 2025.

Summer Camp Registration Opens May 15th, 2025.

 

 

 

CAMP CHECKLIST

Children are required to bring the following items on a daily basis:

  • Lunch
  • Snacks
  • Water Bottle
  • A change of clothing
  • Outdoor Clothes (Coat, Snow Pants, Hat, Mittens, Boots)
  • Running Shoes
  • Skates, Helmets and Warm Clothes (Tuesday)

* NO electronic devices allowed at camp.
* Please do not send any items containing peanuts with your child to camp.

Refund Policies

  1. Refunds will only be granted if Cassandra McGregor, CAO/Clerk is notified and receives a written letter requesting a refund no later than one week in advance to the child being absent from camp. By completing this you have a choice of receiving a 70% refund or an opportunity to reschedule to another day (selection may be limited depending on camp spaces).
  2. Refunds of up to 50% of the amount paid in full, will be considered only, on compassionate grounds such as a death in the family or an illness in the family. This refund will only be considered if a written request is made within 7 days after the missed day, to Cassandra McGregor, CAO/Clerk

DAY CAMP

The Beckwith Township Day Camp caters to children aged 4-8, offering a diverse range of activities. From low-impact, non-competitive sports to engaging arts and crafts, games, and visits from exciting guests, the Beckwith Day Camp has become well known for their enthusiastic, creative & interactive staff, that enjoys working with youth in a positive environment.  Activities are thoughtfully segmented into age groups (4-6 and 6-8) to allow children to progress at their own pace. Parents can feel safe knowing that their children are having fun with a 5:1 camper-to-counsellor ratio.

SPORTS CAMP

The Beckwith Township Sport Camp is oriented for children ages 9–12.  The camp aims to introduce competitive activities to enhance participants’ motor skills and deepen their understanding of various sports. With a camper-to-counselor ratio of 7:1, the camp ensures personalized attention and support for each child in this age group.

SPLASH PAD & PLAY STRUCTURE

Beckwith Summer Camp is very excited to have daily access to the Beckwith splash pad and play structure this summer!  Both the Day and Sports Camp will have the opportunity to use the facilities during our programming. Parents are asked to send a bathing suit and towel with their campers every day this summer for their use.
