The Township of Beckwith is pleased to offer e-Billing for your property tax bills!
The Township offers a secure online portal where you can view your tax bill. Once you have created your account, you will be notified by email when a new tax bill is ready for you to view. If you have more than one property within Beckwith Township, you will need to add each property to your account.
By signing up for e-Billing, you will no longer receive a paper copy of your bill.
Property owners are responsible for ensuring they receive their tax bills and the same late fees apply as they would to mailed bills.
Any other bills sent throughout the year (i.e. a change to the property, assessment increases or reductions or any late fee notices) will still be sent by mail. Please ensure the Township has your most current mailing address on file.
Should the e-mail be undeliverable, property tax bills will return to being mailed.
To sign up, you will need your property tax bill that shows your property roll number and unique, personalized PIN per person for sign-up verification.
By Entering your date of birth, (Month/Year) You Consent to the use of e-mail for the delivery of municipal property tax bills and includes agreement with the following:
- Failure to receive an e-mailed municipal tax notice does not release me from my responsibility to pay any charges specified on the notice, or any penalties which may be incurred by late payment.
- I will inform the Township of Beckwith of any change in my e-mail address as soon as possible, to prevent the misdirection of notices and reduce the risk of my not receiving a notice.
- I may withdraw from e-mail delivery at any time. To do so I will inform the Township of Beckwith, and any notices going forward will be sent by regular mail. Please ensure we have an up to date mailing address as well as e-mail address.
